Instructions:

Wash before first use
The inserts usually will take several washes to reach its full absorbency (ensure 6 washes or more)
No bleach, no softener & do not boil the inserts
More than one insert may be needed when sleeping or when necessary
Please change cloth nappies after every 2-3 hours
